One of my favorite venues in Raleigh. Find a good band to go to and enjoy. Walk right up front and get close to the band to make eye contact. You can really feel the music and the vibe. Easy to step back get a beer take a pee and then get right back into the mix again. Acoustics are great and atmosphere just kills it. I'd much rather go to an event you like this then go to areas like a PNC arena where the acoustics absolutely suck unless you are on the ground floor in a general mission or a pit scenario.
Place too crowded and very little air flow or true seating. People are allowed to stand several rows deep in front of seated, which blocked your views of stage. Samantha Fish was awesome!
A historic theater nestled in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina. Parking is always available and the shows are always great!
It is somewhat of a food desert in that area, so make sure you bring a snack and some water for post to show self-care!

I went to see 2022 Grammy winners, Soja, at the Lincoln Theater on 11/1/2023. It was an intimate venue that allows everyone to be close to the stage. The Lincoln Theatre is old but it’s a great place to see a musical act. Soja put on an amazing performance!
Small intimate venue with generally good acoustics, reasonable beer prices and a combo of seats, small tables and standing room closer to the stage. Excellent for this type of music (bluegrass & acoustic). Been here before for louder shows and the acoustics do suffer somewhat. Balcony seating as well.
Saw Plini here and loved every second. Small theater setting makes for ultra personal show. Can't wait to catch more shows here in the future.
A nice little concert hall with an upstairs balcony that gives you a great view of the stage if you can find a space up there. The two times I’ve been to the Lincoln there were plenty of servers, drink lines were short and moved quick. And there’s plenty of bars/restaurants nearby for food/drinks before/after the show.
Standing room only, great shows, long wait for drinks, totally worth it! Amazing sound quality and great experience!
